Nomar is a Full Peruvian, high luster, greasy MacGyver son out of a sensational Reserve Champion True Black female. Nomar’s sire MacGyver is well known and needs no introduction. His dam Coriana was a stunning true black Reserve Champion. She hailed from the Angel line, a line of animals with a consistent history of dark rich color. The combination of her genetics with MacGyver’s has produced a fabulous male….. a one of a kind genetic package.

Nomar displays beautiful correct conformation with wonderful bone and substance, a perfect typey head, fabulous coverage from his black nose to his black toes, and outstanding individual locks over his entire body. His temperament is macho and trusting. He interacts confidently with his herdmates as well as with us. He is a determined breeder yet one who is easily handled and a delightful animal to be around!

Nomar's fiber coverage is excellent, his lock style is consistent, fine (18.4 micron at one year), tight, high luster and ropey. Each lock is independent to the skin with no cotting. His density is truly amazing.

Nomar is a remarkable animal in every way.... temperament, conformation and fleece. He has matured into a lovely breeding male. He has sired over 20 crias - 100% of them colored! He has produced primarily dark fawn to true black, and has also produced wildly multicolored crias out of multi dams. Take a look at some of his fabulous and award winning offspring, then contact us to schedule a breeding to this great male!
