at the 2006 Great Midwestern Alpaca Festival in Madison, WI. Her sire
Olajuwon is a producer of silver/grey and appaloosa offspring with high

to other herdsires from the 1996 Peruvian importation. Her dam, Karmel

Agulara is a beautiful, upright female with correct conformation and

Fox Run is thrilled to announce the addition
of this beautiful cria to our herd. Thank you to Patti and Alan Anderson
of Wild Rose Suri Ranch for making this outstanding female available to
us! Rhapsody is a stunning combination of spectacular correct balanced
conformation, a gorgeous head and beard, and incredibly lustrous fiber
that displays independent locks to the skin. Her long, straight legs are
covered in fleece right down to her toes.
Rhapsody comes from an award winning background. Her dam Angelinn, a
beautiful Reserve Champion fawn female is a foundation dam at the award
winning Wild Rose Suri Ranch in Maryland. Angelinn is only one of a
handful of Rufino daughters and has produced outstanding crias from
white to grey. Rhapsody’s sire, WRSR Accoyo Razor, an Accoyo Baccarat
son, is yet another outstanding male bred at Wild Rose Suri Ranch who
began his show career by being awarded a Reserve Color Championship at
the 2001 MaPaca Jubilee at only 6 months and 2 days of age! He was
awarded a Color Championship against very tough competition at the 2002
Kentucky Classic, and was again awarded a Color Championship at the 2002
MaPaca Jubilee. Razor is a 3/4 Accoyo light fawn male who proudly
exhibits a small muzzle on his very typey head, a straight topline, and
substantial bone. His conformation is only topped by his very fine fiber
of 20.4 microns, tight lock structure to the skin, and blinding luster.
He has tremendous density, shearing 10.1 lb. with 11.3 months growth,
and then shearing 10.9 lb. annual fleece weight in 2005! The combination
of genetics from Angelinn and Razor has produced wonderful offspring in
the past; namely WRSR Razor’s Peruvian Infinity who recently was awarded
a 1st place at the 2006 AOBA National Conference Halter Show (showing in
his 2nd fleece) and a 1st place at the 2006 AFCNA National Fleece Show.

Laguna debuted in the show ring at the 2006 AAA Futurity as the youngest
animal in the bay black class, and promptly walked away with the Blue
Ribbon! In her second show, the Level V GWAS, she finished a proud 2nd
to the 06 Futurity Color Champion. As if that weren't enough, she brings

Buggati of PVA), this beautiful girl displays deep rich fawn color,
tremendous coverage, excellent bone and beautiful presence all coupled

words of Judge Jude Anderson, this fabulous female is the "total
package". Not only has Dynasti been recognized as a Color Champion in
the halter classes, her fleece was awarded a Color Championship at the
2006 AOBA National Conference!

Mindy is the
first alpaca we ever purchased, and we've been delighted with her from
day one! Mindy May is a full Peruvian female who cherishes her role as
Fox Run herd matriarch. She oversees all alpaca related activities at
Fox Run with a firm, calm and steady demeanor. She is the first to greet
us with a gentle "hummmm" upon our entry to the barn, and is also the
first to sound the alarm should an unwelcome four legged visitor have
the bad judgment to pass across her line of sight.
Mindy is a superior mother who gets pregnant easily, births easily,
produces volumes of milk high in IgG, and provides attentive supervision
and care to her cria. Mindy has wonderful overall fiber coverage,
(including leg and head fleece) which still exhibits independent lock
and lovely luster even after years of annual shearing. Mindy is beige,
but when bred to colored herdsires often produces deep rich color.
